Vicente MerloandClaude Opus 5 c6e66edee8 feat(mix): complete only test and script files for test and run (#11020 )

`mix test <TAB>` and `mix run <TAB>` offered every file in the tree. Narrow them to test files (including umbrella apps) and to .ex/.exs respectively.

Mix plugin

This plugin adds completions for the Elixir's Mix build tool.

To use it, add mix to the plugins array in your zshrc file:

plugins=(... mix)
